Unique Safety Features.

DYNAMIC CHARGING
Enables the ability for grid power to be used to power the electric drive motors and charge onboard vehicle batteries - simultaneously. This eliminates the requirement for large batteries and battery swaps.
BLUVEIN RAIL
The safe slotted rail is Ingress Protection (IP) rated. It allows for a range of mining vehicle types to connect and use the dynamic charging system.
BLUVEIN HAMMER
Intelligent design and control systems allows for the safe and reliable power transfer even over rough roads and uneven terrain.
ON BOARD POWER MANAGEMENT
The onboard power distribution unit adapts the in-feed power to the vehicle's specific requirements. The ability to connect to grid power in heavy duty situations enables smaller lighter and lower cost batteries to be used.
EASE OF OPERATION
Intuitive system controls allow for easy connection and disconnection from the rail as required by the vehicle and battery management system.
